Delivery and Shipping

  • Domestic orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is 45 TL.
  • Orders to TRNC are sent via Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee is 150 TL.
  • International orders are shipped via PTT or DHL. Shipping price varies by country and is calculated at time of purchase.
  • Cargo delivery cannot be made on weekends and public holidays. Cargo delivery of orders falling on these dates will be made on the first business day following.
  • Orders are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days. The time it takes to reach you may vary depending on your address.
  • Stock control of the products on our site is constantly carried out by our online service team. If there is an immediate stock problem with the products in your order and they cannot be supplied, you will be informed by calling the phone number in your membership information and your refund will be quickly made to the account you want.
  • Shipping cost will be added to your order amount.
  • When your order reaches you, be sure to check the package for any damage before receiving it. In case of damage to the box, ask the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" without signing a delivery document and return the package to the cargo officer along with the report.
  • Your order is under the assurance of the Miss Happiness brand until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.
  • If you wish, you can pick up the products you ordered yourself from our Nişantaşı Store. To do this, simply select "Delivery from store" at the Complete Order stage. When your products are ready for delivery from the store, you will be notified by e-mail.
